Albert “Mr. Mick” Earl Jr.
Prevention Educator in Media Influences, Drugs, Sex, and Violence
Albert Earl Jr. is currently a prevention
educator for the UMADAOP (Urban
Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse
Outreach Program) of Lucas County.  Mr.
Earl serves as coordinator over the New
Vision Project in which he coordinates and
facilitates programming for young at risk
males.
Mr. Earl has 17 years of work experience in
the human services beginning in 1989
through 1999 working for the Department
of Youth Services where he served as a
Youth Correctional Officer, Duty Officer,
Sex Offender Specialist and African
American Gangs and Security Threat
Group Educator.  In 1996 Mr. Earl
received Direct Staff Employee of the Year.
Mr. Earl is also founder and Director of A Better Tomorrow Inc. a non-profit
organization that manage group homes and youth oriented programs serving
youth in predominately impoverished communities. He also is CEO of Earl
Enterprises LLC which owns and operates tutorial programs throughout the state
of Ohio.

Mr. Earl is currently working towards his BA degree in theological studies at
Union Baptist Seminaries and has a long list of other training and educational
certifications. His credits include well over a 100 presentation for organizations
and groups such as: The Man Up Conference, Ohio Full Gospel State Conference,
Toledo Public Schools, Coalitions of Black Trade Unionist, Alliance Academy,
Northwest Ohio YMCA Youth Summit, Washington local Schools, UMADAOP
Youth Leadership State Conference, UMADAOP State Conference, University of
Toledo African American Student Enrichment Initiatives, Asa Philip Randolph
National Conference, Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation and
University of Toledo Excel Program “Aspiring Minority” Conference.

There is never a dull moment in a Mr. Mick presentation. His experience and
empathy make him a much sought after educator. Mr. Mick inspires his audiences
to think critically in order to develop the ability to see the lies and discover the
truth.
